Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel via your Account settings. No prorated refunds for partial periods.
Price Changes: We may adjust fees without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
5. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused periods, unless required by law.
Chargebacks: Disputing charges or initiating chargebacks will result in immediate Account termination and may lead to legal action.
6. Software License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software per your Subscription.
Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, modifying, distributing, or exploiting the Software for unlawful purposes.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Resell, lease, or redistribute the Software
- Bypass security measures or engage in unauthorized access
Violations may result in termination and legal action.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for breaches of these Terms.
Upon termination, all Subscription rights cease.
9. Disclaimers
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, etc.).
We are not liable for damages (direct, indirect, punitive) arising from Software use.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of Romania, excluding conflict of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration; class actions are waived.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
